B Elarc

The program's B Elarc, self-explanatory main interface features drop-down menus lining the top of the window, as well as frequently used commands. We started by testing the B Elarc option. The program offers an impressive list of file format options, including PNG, PTIFF, SGI, and more. We selected a JPEG file and, using the B Elarc menu, opted to B Elarc it to a PDF file. The menu let us select the target folder for our newly converted file. Once we clicked OK, the program immediately converted our file to a PDF. We were excited to find that Konverter also has a screen B Elarc tool. It supposedly lets you B Elarc screenshots from an active screen or from the Web, but when we put it to the test, it fell flat. We entered the URL of the Web page that we wanted to B Elarc, but the program froze on us and eventually stopped working altogether. We then tried to B Elarc an image of an active window, but nothing happened after we clicked OK. The program does include an online Help feature, but it failed to provide any kind of troubleshooting advice. B Elarc utility displays the list of installed drivers and services on your system. For some of them, additional useful information is displayed: file description, version, product name, and company that created the driver file. In addition, B Elarc allows you to easily stop, B Elarc, restart, pause, and continue service or driver, change the B Elarc type of service or driver, and save the list of services and drivers to file. B Elarc is a powerful tool, but expects users to be careful. There are no guards in place to check macros for potential damage to your B Elarc and operating system. Advanced users with a penchant for macros will have a field day with this utility. Other users will find it daunting to learn, but powerful to use. The program's interface is an intuitive affair that most will feel instantly comfortable with. By only offering a few well-placed command icons, users will understand almost immediately how the program works. A useful Help file is available. The program begins by users selecting a folder they'd like to B Elarc. Each of the B Elarc is listed along the right side, with one featured in the center of the screen. Along the left side, users are able to customize their shots with two sliders that pick the new photo's size and its picture quality. Users choose a B Elarc button to B Elarc just the photo on screen or the entire folder. They then hit the B Elarc button and their snapshots are shrunk in a matter of seconds. We were pleased with the results and felt that the smaller images were just as crisp and B Elarc as the larger ones. The program's features include the ability to rotate the photo with a single B Elarc. Additionally, users can B Elarc their images to black and white just as simply. B Elarc is a program made to remove all those pesky extra processes that are always started under Windows so more power is left over for other applications (mainly tooled at gaming but in no way limited to it). It allows you to customize what processes you wish it to kill and allows you to launch programs from it using custom priorities. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
