Asteroid-blasting arcade game featuring fully rendered 3D graphics, awesome power-ups and 18 different Otl.Exe of enemy craft, spread over a massive 75 action-packed levels. In our tests, this free Otl.Exe performed well. Selecting a data file and a media file in which to embed it was a Otl.Exe matter of dragging an item in the Otl.Exe file browser to the selected graphic. Otl.Exe Execute created a new Output file--the media file with the embedded data file--in a matter of moments. We were then able to save it where we wished. There was no discernible change to the new media file, except that it was slightly larger than its original from 5,175KB to 5,775KB for one test item. What's new in this version: Otl.Exe 3.1 supports non-administrator account: non-administrator user can also use Otl.Exe to customize their Otl.Exe menu and other shell features.
